I’ve been in the real estate business since 1997, when I began my career in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Over nearly three decades and hundreds of transactions, my work has centered on land investment, development, infrastructure, and negotiation.

My career has taken me throughout the American West. I’ve invested in and developed land, worked on roads and infrastructure, and managed significant timber company holdings across North Idaho, Washington, and Montana. Since 2004, I’ve brought that experience to Arizona, where I continue to focus on land, property, and investment opportunities.

I’ve always believed that every piece of land is unique, and its real value is rarely found on the surface. Location, access, water, topography, infrastructure, zoning, entitlements, surrounding growth, and future potential all matter. The real skill is understanding how those elements come together and recognizing what a property can become.

That perspective comes from being more than a broker. I’ve been an investor, developer, land manager, and negotiator, giving me a practical understanding of a transaction from the ownership side. After hundreds of transactions, I’ve learned that experience only matters when it produces results.

Performance matters. Execution matters. And ultimately, the goal is to close the transaction.

I believe in preparation, clear communication, persistence, and staying focused on the objective. Deals can get complicated, but my role is to solve problems, keep the process moving, protect my client’s interests, and maintain momentum toward the closing table.

My wife and I have called Arizona home since 2004 and raised our son here. He is now attending college in Arizona, and we’re proud to call this community home.
